PWES' strength is built around its people, their
highest quality standards and their obsession of
delighting customers. Highly technical processes are
performed at PWES such as assembling a compressor for a
JT15D.
Understanding the responsibility of being an
authorized Pratt & Whitney service center creates a work
environment that focuses on technical excellence. Engine
testing of a JT15D-5A turbo fan within PWES' modern fan
test cell ensures installed performance margins.
Customer deadlines and teamwork allow for PWES to
make quick turn-time response for aircraft operators.
On-wing inspections to engine removals are daily
services performed with easy access to the Harrison
Marion Regional Airport runway.

multi-axis milling machine is one of many cost saving
manufacturing objectives to maximize value to the

PWES continues its commitment to the turboprop
operator and has reduced it turnaround time to a 29 day
average. The challenges of the business brought PWES to
extend staffing and redefine the line concept. By
expanding its hangar to accommodate more aircraft the
corporate operator has more options for fly-in service.
A new quick turnaround heavy maintenance line is
incorporated within the hangar to provide low cost
repair and faster service.
Pratt & Whitney has taken advantage of its "Center of
Excellence" strengths in its approach to repair
development. Each of its major service centers has
specifically targeted repair technologies that
effectively leverage its technical expertise,
manufacturing capabilities and customer needs.
