KCI Aviation

KCI Aviation is an aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility. Established in 1985 in Bridgeport, West Virginia, KCI Aviation is headquartered at the North Central West Virginia Airport. The company is an FAA Certificated Repair Station (LJQR100G) and is equipped to provide services worldwide through its European Aviation Safety Agency Return to Service Authorization.

KCI specializes in business aircraft engine and airframe scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. KCI services a variety of private and corporate jet aircraft including but not limited to Hawker/Beechcraft, Citation Series, Gulfstream G200, Bombardier Challenger and Lear 60.

Airframe services include comprehensive maintenance and repair; minor repairs, alterations and modifications; Avionics/RVSM; mobile repair teams; AD and SB Compliance and SATC Incorporation; pre-purchase, lease return and conformity inspections; a host of specialty services such as aircraft weighing, NDT and CPCP; and airline on-call maintenance.

KCI Aviation is one of three worldwide Pratt & Whitney Leaseco Centers of Excellence. As a specialist in P&W engines and P&W powered aircraft, KCI is a “go to” expert for engine changes, maintenance, inspection, SB incorporation and Diagnostics. KCI supports PT6 Series (A, B, C and T), JT15D Series, PW200, PW300, PW500 and PW600 Series engines. Engine services include double engine changes, engine Removal and Installation (R&I), Hot Section Inspections, and IBR Inspections to mention a few of the company’s specialty services.
